Rebekah: It is time to fill up my social media calendar for this year. I have my own blogs and podcasts to get going on a regular basis, and then my new newsletter. I am also involved in some startup ventures / new sites that will need to have place in the calendar.

How do you motivate a new person to have a content creation plan, if you don't want to be stuck into a rigid schedule at once?

This doesn't need to be rigid at all to be effective. And I totally hear you on that too! As a creative, you need to give yourself flexibility to add in content that speaks to you in that moment and the freedom to adjust as you go. I add in content and then come back every few days to review and adjust.
