Very nice interview Tom. I like Brian's perspective of why the site doesn't include "make money by blogging" articles and his revelation that people just don't make money by blogging alone (although many claim they do).

It really sounds like a great accepting community too. I know that a lot of people are participating there. I've just set up a profile and will start participating ASAP.

I also just clicked on the Top Users button over there and saw a lot of familiar faces. My company is finally going to start a blog and I will be a contributor. I will definitely share some links.
