Alexis - excellent advice. As one just starting on YouTube,http://www.youtube.com/user/WarrenRutherford?feature=mhee, I found your suggestions spot on. I have restarted my commitment (which reflects advice #4). The engagement suggestion makes sense. Use of the annotations. I will have to look at that and work it out.
