John: I have read it again. You have free will. You decide if social media will become an addiction, or not. The study by University of Salford of 298 (!) participants, doesn't change this fact.

John: I think you missed my point of my comment... read it again! ;)

I think that Fix's infographic brings up some interesting issues and my comment advocates the solution provided by it: "sign off social media" (i.e., shut off your computer, mobile, tablet, etc. now and then).

I will not share the infographic, I will share this thread instead, so we could continue the debate... ;)
