Twitter is now considering expanding its character limit for tweets from 140 to 10,000. But would such a format be suitable for Twitter? Is it the right move?

Lee: Yes, if the folks at Twitter will change from short SMS-like tweets to long posts, the tool has lost its soul, I think.

I like the idea of conversational ads.
