Social influence is simply how people respond to you, your content or your brand on Social media networks. The influence you have on people on Social media websites like Facebook, Twitter etc is a measure of how important they consider you or how interesting the contents you share are.

That is good, while Klout may not really be the best tool to measure social influence they are really trying to improve their rating system by improving their algorithm.

Yes, they are. I like Klout, but as I said, you have to take it with a grain of salt. I like to see the Klout score when I am tweets. I must admit that I haven't been so active on Klout recently, but I enjoy the service now and then, logging in and giving tweeps +K's.

Nwosu Mavtrevor Desmond: We have about the same Klout score at the moment, around 60. It is an indicator of influence, but you have to take it with a grain of salt. It is interesting that Bing has incorporated the Klout score in the search results.
