Some really excellent points. Especially being careful about bad neighborhoods. It's important not to obsess too much over this and have some simple rules of thumb about the kinds of accounts you will link to and those you won't.

"Just building relationships is highly ineffective. You end up knowing a lot of names but aren’t able to add much value to any of them. Building relationships of TRUST generates very effective relationships, the kinds of relationships we all want."

I like this quote found in the blog post. Far too many people try to build relationships only and I'm guilty of this when I first started using Twitter too. Nice post, Ken.
