The definition of Engagement in social media marketing is sometimes a bit cloudy. I would describe social media engagement as listening, responding and communicating with your social community.

It probably should go without saying that all this social engagement must serve a purpose. To the extent that it isn’t, at least to some companies, hopefully this post will address the issue. Thanks for sharing it with the BizSugar community.
