Small to Mid Sized Businesses (SMB) are confused: Some percentage of SMBs who will be doing marketing as a top priority and believe Word-of-Mouth will bring them customers, won’t be using Social Media Tools BECAUSE their business relies on said Word-of-Mouth.

Good grief - those statistics are shocking. Any business in this day and age that isn't using Social Media to promote themselves really does have their head stuck in the sand. And yes I completely agree and shout it loud - SOCIAL MEDIA IS WORD OF MOUTH!! I will be spreading this word on Social Media :) Thanks for sharing on Bizsugar.com
