Hi Lyceum! I actually have some lists of awesome Social Media Managers that I follow on Twitter and other social platforms. ( like this one for example: https://twitter.com/mashable/lists/social-media-managers-24 )

But I must say I really like the online presence of Nichole Elizabeth from Inbound and Ann Handley (even though they don't really have the Social Media Manager job title ;) )
