As a company's customer service presence grows on social media channels, does "Customer Service" become part of "Marketing" - or the other way around?

Personally Gee, I think you are right. Social media creates a a more customer friendly approach in customer service. It's like you're really interacting with your customers, being friendly and all rather than a scripted outsourced customer support agent.Although, I don't have qualms about it.
