Handy tips Daniel. Whilst I agree with everything I don't think your first point is necessarily true. Obviously sharing everything about your life isn't a good idea it is good to be personable and that does involve sharing to a certain extent. People often like to know the person behind the business - that is certainly what I have found myself.

Engagement is the most important factor and that does take time and effort. But it can be well worth it.
