Marketing blogs are the most widely read and rated on Technorati and other blog forums. Is business blogging for small business redundant except for marketing related posts?

That is good news for me as an experienced purchaser! ;) I think that we will see a new focus on the whole supply and value chain in the future. Case in point, Tony Hsieh's latest book and Gary Vaynerchuk's keynote speech at Rail conference talking about business culture.

Good point. Marketing blogs are more prominent for one simple reason: the bloggers are better at marketing them. In fact, a marketer is more likely to blog as a form of marketing. But, as the post points out, there are so many other important aspects to business.
