Dan:Yes, I am following 4505 tweeps at the moment, but "only" 4089 followers. I have tested Unfollowers.me in the past. It takes some time to use this kind of tool. How could I get new tweeps in a quick way? Is it possible to place an ad / sponsored tweet?

I take it you have reached the 2,000 limit. You will need to unfollow some people so you can build up your following.
