Yes, that is so true. Any web 2.0 sites that we may use is not ours and we should always be careful of the way we use it. I learned it the hard way with Squidoo for example. You don't ever own the content you place on any site that's not yours. Thanks for this.

Wow Dave, this is interesting! It brings up some grey areas and the outcome could have serious consequences for both employers and employees alike. I guess it is also another example as to why having a social media policy is now crucial to protect both parties.
