As for me, I always carry my blackberry device anywhere I go to and it really helps to to write down my ideas when ever the ideas come. I also agree with some of your tips.

I often get writer's flood when I'm driving so I record my thoughts on my iPhone recorder. If online then I have a file of word documents that I can choose simply and add to when I think of something. I'm told that Evernote is handy too but I'm yet to use that. Thanks for sharing on Bizsugar.com
