we have tried Events and PPC campaigns and we can see good results out of it.

Getting your idea stolen is always a problem in business.

There is a great quote I tweet about all the time. Here it is:

"Don't worry about people stealing your ideas. If your ideas are any good, you'll have to ram them down people's throats." Howard Aiken

I think this is true most of the time. To put it differently, I think as long as you outperform the people stealing your ideas, you will still succeed.
