Last week I sat down with Carol Roth to talk about running a business, entrepreneurship and her brand new book, The Entrepreneur Equation.

We actually did a web video interview, but unfortunately, my technological expertise (do you hear the HUGE sarcasm here) failed, and so we had to turn it into an audio interview...so as I told Carol, the bad news is that you won't get to see her while listening to this great interview, the good news is, you can download the mp3 and listen to it while you are at the gym working out (I recommend you put it between 'Eye of the Tiger' and something from Eminem).
