For the past year, I've had the pleasure of representing a small-to-medium sized business in a corporate, intellectual property, and contracts capacity. I've loved the work I do and learned a lot. While I'm not particular business-savvy in a non-legal sense, one of the things I've learned is that a new business website can make or break your fledgling little company. If your new website has a difficult or unwieldy domain name, is hard to remember, or is cluttered with unnecessary graphics, drawings, and text, it’s going to turn customers off.
