Great post, Steve. And very true. Besides the delaying part, the real trouble with taking care of these aspects first before you even have an established business model is that some may lock you into a course of action you later consider less profitable. For example, you launch a business called BigBlogging, LLC and discover that your customers are way more interested in ebooks. Now what?!
