This is something so many struggle with, myself included. I have improved since I started, but if I had learned to say no earlier I would have saved a lot of time, money and frustration.

As a business owner or a CEO, saying NO can be a very difficult thing to do but if you must be a serious business owner and, if you really want to grow your business then, you must learn how to do it in a very polite manner too. Thanks for sharing this with the bizsugar community.
