Oh agreed. The two-way relationship is important - but sometimes we focus so much on customer service, we forget about how important our supplier relationship is.

It is such an important concept. Without good relations, you aren't going to get the best service. Suppliers will take into account whether or not they have to spend hours chasing you for payment and whether you are pleasant to talk to.
