I have learned a new slang word, Roach Coach! ;) I am getting hungry now. :) The food truck business is getting popular here in Sweden now. It have been discussions about legal matters for some time. Is NYC the biggest place for food trucks?

Hi Lyceum,

Yes, roach coach is a pretty disgusting term for old food trucks from years ago.

I'm not sure if NY or California have the most food trucks, but's the industry is growing like weeds here in the USA. The licensing and permit requirements are quite the mess here too.
