Tip of the Week – June 1, 2011

“There’s a difference between interest and commitment. When you’re interested in doing something, you do it only when it’s convenient. When you’re committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.” – Kenneth Blanchard

Are you fully committed to your business or is it merely something that is holding your interest for the time being? If you desire to achieve excellence in business, you have to commit all the way.

Interesting Dr. Reece, except in military campaigns "life & death" is Really Life & Death, not mere inconvenience. The ol' "business is a jungle" pales, too, if you see a nature show with a predator catching & eating it's prey. These old exaggerations are silly (try watching a Johnny Weismueller Tarzan movie - the world has changed too much since then).
