Picking up the phone is one of the very best things you can do for your business. I've recently started doing that and getting involved with over the phone interviews and webinars and it's really starting to see the great benefits of doing this. It's interesting that, despite ongoing developments in technology, it's human contact that customers continue to value the most. It's also probably the part of your business that's most difficult to scale, at least without considerable expense and effort. What tips, if any, do you give clients about adding the human touch to their marketing efforts?
