Sometimes it’s really challenging to be courageous. When you can’t predict the outcome, it can be scary to put your neck on the line, be vulnerable, or take a leap of faith.

But the second part of being a true leader is demonstrating courage.

“One isn’t necessarily born with courage, but one is born with potential. Without courage, we cannot practice any other virtue with consistency. We can’t be kind, true, merciful, generous, or honest.” – Maya Angelou

Hi Dr. Shannon.

I'd agree courage is important for any entrepreneur and notice you've focused on a couple of other important characteristics in your other posts. I'm wondering if anyone in the community has another important entrepreneurial characteristic to add.
