Ross: I understand what you are saying. It could be hard to sleep in an effective way on airplanes. What kind of noise canceling headphones are you using?

Ross: How about getting a powernap on the plane? Do they still have the sleeping masks on the aircraft? I have a sleeping mask at for power-naps and meditation session at home, and I put one in my backpack during overnight trips.

Not easy to sleep effectively on airplanes (not especially comfortable in economy class). For me, it's mostly about comfort and noise - although I find that noise canceling headphones do help a great deal).
