While I agree that entrepreneurs need to think about exit strategy when pitching to investors, you need to be careful about putting too much emphasis on it as opposed to the actual business. The most important element is the business itself, you can take care of exit strategy afterwards.

I am glad to read that Tim Berry is explaining the concept of "exit" in straightforward way! Personally, I think it have been too much focus on getting out and getting money quick, for some start-up companies.
