Some people are just not capable and some people just don't want to have their own business and be the person who must lead and be leader to all employees in the company.

It's very interesting that starting a business and running it also require a heck of a lot of different skills.

Entrepreneur-CEOs who stick in the top post since the beginning are pretty rare.
