The article has such good advice. One thing I have found is if people are new to business sometimes when they think they are delegating they are really abdicating which can get your business off track.

Can I get an amen?! This is soooo much harder than it sounds and getting caught in the failure to delegate trap is super easy. As an added bonus, Derek is one of my heroes and the kind of entreprenreur I think we all aspire to be, creating a really unique business from his passions, so this was a real treat.
