A great post Warren,

Self-Awareness really resonates with me. If we are fully self-aware and can know why we do the things we do, that will allow us be authentic about our business and business model, and even unique :)

That in turn encourages creativity and provide us with a USP (unique selling point) for our business and products/services.

People are generally passionate about their natural talents, that's why it's more important than ever to be authentic, and shine through. If we only give 50%, we can only achieve maximum 50% (or less)
