This is the second story I've seen recently about large businesses borrowing from the small business playbook. We're bound to see more which may cause some small business owners to rethink their own strategies.

I think it was just the matter of time before the downsizing happened. The economy is still not where it should be, and smaller spaces are much easier to operate.
