According to business consultant, author, and lecturer Jim Collins, it is all part of the “First Who, Then What” concept based on company growth and sustainability. Essentially, the concept is about first getting the right people in your business, and then figuring out what exactly their jobs will entail.

I agree.Working on a start-up now, we know what we want to do and why, so our next step is lining up a couple of the right players to make it happen. Until that is done, our next steps will wait.

Is the saying ducks in the row the same meaning as getting the right people on the bus? Shouldn't the first question be: Who is driving the bus, why are we on the bus in the first place and where are the going?
