In this second part of an interview on his book The Dip, Seth Godin talks about the importance of standing out (because no one selects average) and how to make sure to distinguish yourself from the rest of the crowd. In the end, Seth insists it isn't competing with everyone else offering the same products for less that distinguishes you from the rest. It's being the best at being you that counts.
