I've been using Google calendars for just a little while now to coordinate some of my marketing efforts, along with school projects, and one of the things I find frustrating is that I go through the trouble to color code events..for instance social media outlets each have a different color..it helps. Anyway, when I go to share the calendar, the only way people can see it with the color coding is if I make them able to view and edit the calendar--something that I'm not completely comfortable with. Am I wrong, or is there no way to do this without giving away the edit function? Just wondering, since you've used it longer than I.
