Interesting discussion and well-worth having for small businesses. In fact, we've experimented with both. There can be cost savings for switching away from landlines and especially some added features for comparable cost, but be ware. This is not always the case including with some very cost effective flat fee calling plans offered by landline providers. Not all plans are the same. Be sure to compare!
