Leah: I would interested to know how "small business owners could get an extra hour in the day for a priceless $500"? ;) Do you have 25 hours per day? Great tips on time management. I am developing my own productivity method, F.I.X IT!, at this moment. One important part is the weekly review, taking time to schedule all your upcoming and ongoing, to-dos, projects, etc.

Hi Leah,

This is a great post. One of the biggest things that I've struggled with is time management. I especially like the point that you made in regards to actually scheduling time to organize. In a effort to get a better handle on my time, I schedule my entire week out on Sundays. This helps me significantly with being more organized and productive during my work week.

Thanks for your insights and sharing this on BizSugar. I appreciate it!
