I have been working from home for more than a year now and i love it. Just like in the office , you have to do a lot of work- there are important deadlines to meet. And just like working in the office, you need commitment and discipline in order to earn the trust of your employer. Working from home is very rewarding for i do appreciate the flexible work arrangements.
