This post really highlights what it takes to create a successful small business these days- especially when it comes to online initiatives. There's a lot of hardwork, the need for adaptability, many mistakes and tweaking along the way... But if you persevere while keeping both your eyes and ears open to what's happening around you, you'll come out winning.

I also liked how that software developer was trained and became a full-time employee.
