One and a half years ago our family moved to Pennsylvania so that my husband could help his nephew, Max, manage his restaurant. We also wanted to be closer to family but knew this was a temporary move. We weren’t sure whether or not we were going to Italy from there, but knew that we’d be in PA for about a year or two.
