It's back to the old adage - Feel the fear and Do it anyway. We will never be perfect, we will never have it right all of the time, but if we can, as Caroline points out, bring our full self to work, we are then being authentic, and being authentic is in line with our values system. When we are in line with our values system, we succeed, we flourish, we grow and learn.
Thanks again!

Caroline's award-winning work with the disabled must be very rewarding all on its own - maybe that's part of why she's so committed.

Thanks for pointing out the magic "D" word. Anyone who works with the disabled has my ear, my attention and my vote!
