Why tax is important and why we need to simplify the UK tax code. The current tax code contains over 10 million words and much of the language is incomprehensible. So what's the solution?

Jose: The Swedish tax authority has tried to improve its reputation in order to get more taxes, quicker. It is still very complicated to do your taxes, if you need to go through the tax code...

It is interesting to read that the HK tax code is 70% smaller than the one in the U.K. I wonder how big the code is in the United States of America and in Sweden?

I'm not sure about the tax code size in the US or Sweden. I hear that the Swedish tax authorities have a good reputation amongst the general public. Is this true as far as you are aware?
