I like the second item in the list. You can bring a lot of traffic to your site, but that does not really matter if you cannot convert that traffic. And, user experience plays an essential role in conversion. With more and more website traffic coming from mobile, making sure that your site is mobile friendly to offer a better user experience is a must in order to gain more customers through your web presence.

I think the last point is really the key. More and more people, and your customers, are going mobile. With the Smartphones and tablets it has become easier than ever to access information on the go, which has cut down on the desktop based usage. If you don't have good mobile strategy you stand to lose those potential customers.
