Hi Kim,

This is certainly all stuff we've heard before -- particularly as the Brexit vote loomed. I guess one relevant question might be for tech firms who may use telecommuting freelancers and cloud services from all over the world, how big a deal is this likely to be? Is virtual collaboration of this kind even something the government can realistically regulate?
