Hi, this might be a way of cost cutting as many businesses are finding ingenious ways of reducing their overheads and remaining in business. As long as the employees themselves have no issues with it then it should work. There are obvious advantages and disadvantages of this method but the business owner would have to calculate and determine where he wants to go. In these times of economic crises, thinking outside the box is an option we cannot afford to ignore. Thanks for the post.
