It's really important that you're website is easy to navigate and helps your users to find all the information they want. I know that it's really frustrating for me when I land on a website that has confusing navigation. I almost always immediately leave the site.

Very true. It's the little things like clear and concise categories and practical breadcrumbs which make a huge difference. Being able to navigate a website easily should reduce that bounce rate dramatically
