BT is (very slowly) upgrading the entire broadband infrastructure in Cornwall to "superfast" broadband.

After this is completed next year, BT will use what it has learned to upgrade the infrastructure in another area of the country.

The plan is to carry on until the whole country has a better infrastructure, but the rollout in Cornwall has been excruciatingly slow with zero information on what areas are going to be upgraded next.
