I like Shashi's thoughts here. I moved away from a smartphone about a year ago and am quite glad that I did. While I love the concept of the iPhone and Blackberry (i know they are vastly different, by the way), I just found that I was getting less done. Less quality work done. I was answering life in short bursts. I spend more time talking to people and prospects in person and by phone (instead of email) and get more business, too. Shashi makes some terrific points -- thanks Shashi.
