I searched for your name on the post, i was not able to find it, that's why i am mentioning as visible logic, taking headshot from professional photographer really helps to get trustworthy without any distractions in image, and you are looking beautiful anyway.

I like your photo, and I've never met you but the title piqued my interest because I've just redone my photo as well because the other was outdated. Nice to see someone is on the same track. :-)

Emily: Great new photo! I had an action photo taken of me at a Boston Tea Party event some years ago. I have used that picture as my Facebook profile image together with John Cox's caricature artwork of me as a podcaster (EGO NetCast).
