I have to question the app for ER waiting times. No ER can predict what's going to be ailing the next few people who enter. Patients with gunshot trauma & heart attacks are treated before people with broken arms (this is called triage). The hospital system I worked at expressly forbid giving out guestimates on wait time, though they guaranteed "someone" would see you in 30 minutes (not necessarily a Doctor or nurse - you might get some ice cream if they didn't).
